We had a great experience staying here! The security was top-notch, which made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. The location was also great, and the burgers across the street were absolutely delicious! The apartment was clean and everything worked as expected. They even came by to clean the apartment mid-week, which was a really nice touch. The checkout requirements were minimal and very easy to follow. Communication was excellent. Every question we had was answered very quickly, and we had no issues during our stay. One thing to note: if you plan on using the pool, a swim cap is required. We didn’t have one, so unfortunately my daughter wasn’t able to use the pool, which was a little disappointing. However, this was clearly something we should have checked in the listing beforehand. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend staying here!

Los dos departamentos funcionan increíble, tienen todo lo necesario para no tener que salir, y aún así la ubicación es grandiosa por lo que si sales llegas caminando a lo que necesites. La vista que ofrecen de la ciudad es increíble. La atención brindada es excelente, estuvieron atentos en todo momento.

The apartments were very clean and nice. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout. The location was just outside of Polanco and not quite in the heart of a neighborhood, but close enough.
