Laila C4+L5

This was my 2nd time staying here, and both times were great experiences. It has the perfect layout for my family and myself to be comfortable and have our own space. Very secure location and walking distance to so many things. Overall just a great place to stay.

We had a great stay with six of us (each person had their own bathroom and two people shared one bedroom with the two single beds). The apartment is very functional with each bedroom having its own bathroom. It was easy to get around in Polanco and we enjoyed renting the city bikes nearby. The separate loft does require you to take stairs that are outside (thanks for another reviewer for pointing this out), and the rooftop is communal. We would stay here again.

The location is great and the neighborhood is beautiful. Very walkable and close access to stores, coffee shops, and restaurants. Each bedroom has its own bathroom on the second floor. The downstairs has a nice living room and kitchen/dining room. We had an issue with 1 toilet, but they came out immediately and fixed it. I was a little frustrated to learn that the loft was only accessible from stairs that were outside. There were no pictures of the outside access before I booked the Airbnb. This is the main reason for the 4 star review or else I would have given 5.

Santi was such an amazing host. We had my bachelorette with 15 people, and they were so attentive and flexible with us. They allowed us to drop off our bags early and store them there when we were waiting for our flight. They responded so quickly whenever we had questions! The girls had such a fun time catching up and hanging out at the airbnb. It was the perfect place for all of us after a long day. Each of the rooms had an AC units, fans, and bathrooms, which made getting ready so easy with a group our size. We would 100% stay here again in the future!! Thank you for having us!!
