El alojamiento cuenta con una excelente ubicación y un diseño muy agradable. Tuve un pequeño inconveniente durante el proceso de check-in, pero agradezco que el equipo lo resolvió de manera inmediata. Como único punto de mejora, sugeriría programar fumigaciones con mayor frecuencia para garantizar una experiencia óptima. En general, una buena estancia.

Exacto a las fotos: El lugar es idéntico a las fotos del anuncio, sin sorpresas. 4. Limpieza: Impecable y muy bien cuidado. Se nota la atención al detalle. 5. Internet: El wifi es muy rápido y estable, perfecto para trabajar. 6. Anfitrión: La respuesta del anfitrión fue tan rápida y detallada que hasta me dio pena. Un 10/10. Great place to stay in Polanco, a few minutes walk from commerce and plenty of restaurants in Polanquito. The place is small but comfortable, with everything you might need to relax and unwind after a day of walking around Mexico City. It is not the most private as the apartment sits in a common court with views to other apartments, but it was very quiet and peaceful when we stayed there. It looks like a new build, so it was very clean, modern, and with all the appliances for a short stay. Although it was not a problem to us, do note that you have to go through a flight of stairs to access, especially with large and heavy luggage or restricted mobility. Lastly, the team is incredibly responsive and helpful. The check in process was very smooth, and they were very proactive in staying in touch and making sure that they were always available for any questions or assistance.
