Stayed with a total group of 9 family members and this place was exceptional! Each bedroom had their own bathroom which was the biggest plus. All rooms were clean, free of clutter, and comfortable. There are some stairs in the main house that leads to all the bedrooms which the host let me know ahead of time, but the stairs were easy for everyone to climb up and down from. We also had a couple stay at the loft which is on the third floor and this stay was nice too! So much space for everyone in our group to feel comfortable in. The area is totally safe, walkable to nearby pharmacy, restaurants, and a Walmart. I wouldn’t say the neighborhood is totally quiet as there are local traffic sounds that can be heard but during hours you’re already awake by - during the late night it was totally quiet! Finally Santi and his team stocked the fridge with some water and juice, and some cereal for our group! Overall we had a fantastic stay, would highly recommend for a large group!

This was the best stay in an Airbnb. Everything was pristine and as the pictures, lovely place with everything you need for a great stay. I will definitely stay here again. great for a family it for a group. Santi's communication was great, always helpfull

The Polanco home was spacious enough for my family of 9, and we were grateful that every room came with a private bathroom. The house was beautifully decorated, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The area was incredibly walkable and I felt safe the entire time. We were grateful that basic toiletries and some breakfast foods were provided with our stay. Santiago was quick to respond whenever we reached out for minor hiccups during our stay. Definitely recommend this host and his properties.
