Check-in process
To make your arrival simple and secure, we need you to complete the check-in form. It's what activates your access codes.
Important
Without the form we can't activate your access codes. Send it at least one day before your arrival (or a minimum of 1 hour before). Instructions are sent after we validate that everything is ready to request building access.

1. Fill out the check-in form
It's required: your details let us activate the access codes for the building and the apartment. Send it at least one day before your arrival; at minimum, 1 hour before.
2. We validate your information
We check that everything is ready to request building access. This step is required before we can share your codes.
3. You receive your instructions
Once validated, we send you the exact address, access codes and entry instructions by WhatsApp and email.
4. Check how to get in
Your apartment's guide has the arrival step by step: how to reach the building, how the door opens and what to do if the lock won't respond.
Sent it? Getting in is what comes next
Along with your codes we send you the link to your apartment's guide: it has the arrival step by step, the lock video and what to do if something doesn't work. If you can't find it, message us on WhatsApp and we'll resend it.
🐾 Pet policy
We're pet friendly, but every pet must be declared and approved before your stay. The pet fee depends on the apartment (30 to 60 USD per stay, up to 2 pets): you'll find it in your apartment's guide and in your confirmation. An undeclared pet results in a 150 USD cleaning charge on top of the pet fee (the entrance has a security camera). Message us and we'll gladly add it to your booking.
