CDMX Zócalo

Xochimilco
Many will say no, but yes! Xochimilco is a must-see tourist destination for anyone who comes to CDMX for the first time. It is, literally, a historical vestige of what the Anahuac Valley was before pre-Hispanic times and its waters belong to what was the Lake of Texcoco, which covered almost the entire City. Get on a trajinera and cruise the canals while eating Mexican snacks or a corn on the cob. Ask for a stop in one of the chinampas and see the diversity of flowers in the area and, please!
